No Refunds on Subscription Plans

As such, all subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to all plans, including monthly and annual subscriptions. We encourage you to make use of any resources, such as demos and documentation, to make an informed decision before subscribing.
Refunds on Special Promotions
Refunds are not provided on any promotional or discounted plans, one-time offers, or special discounts. All promotional purchases are final sale and ineligible for refund.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our support team at support@siteti.com. Upon receiving your cancellation request, our team will confirm the cancellation and inform you about the remaining duration of your subscription.
Trial Period and Cancellation
If you are on a trial period and wish to cancel, please reach out to support@siteti.com before the end of the trial to avoid automatic enrollment into a paid plan.
Cancellation Due to Non-Compliance
Siteti reserves the right to cancel any account found to be in violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
